How to prepare your home for real estate videography:

- Make sure lights work
- Maintain landscaping
- Open shades/blinds
- Move car out of the driveway
- Minimize political and religious symbols, as well as banners, posters, and flags

Can the homeowners stay in the house while videos are taken?

It is preferred that at least one homeowner stays in the house in the case that furniture needs to be moved, cleaned, and assist the photographer during staging. The homeowner does not need to stay in the room while pictures are being taken.
