Examine Your Property

You survey the roof, siding, paint, landscaping, adjacent properties and vehicles parked outside. Now, does anything that you see outside catch your attention
At this point, do you find the house and the neighborhood desirable?
Move on to the backyard and take a look around. Do you see anything that you would want to change or fix?

Tips For Sellers
You need to come to an agreement with the buyer and write it into a contract.
Here are a few items that you will need to negotiate:

Home Price
Inspections Contingencies
Financing Terms
Date of Closing
Date of Position
Agreement
Final Walk Through
Schedule a final walk-through to make sure you and the buyer are in agreement and expectations are met before signing away the house.
Moving Out
Make Arrangements for Moving into your New Home
You need to have moved out by the date you agreed on in the contract.
It would be ideal to schedule your contract to buy a home around the same time that you sign the contract to sell your home. A suggestion would be to rent a storage unit to move some of your belongings before you completely move out.
For whatever reason you decide to sell your home, you should contact the Black Bull Realtor.
